You’ve given various reasons as to why I haven’t received this item. It takes several days for a reply to each inquiry made. Too bad because you have nice listings, but this experience has been bad on many levels for no apparent reason other than you are disorganized - at one point you talked about the Prada shoes I bought from you - which never happened.
