I shipped the bowl as soon as USPS was back open… I’ve been tracking it and it was delayed a day assuming because of the holiday demand. It’s scheduled for delivery today. rosebudsblended @carolculpepp231 oh no!!! That’s awful!! I’m sorry to hear this!! I have experienced this before but we will figure this out. I couldn’t find any information about refunds/claims/etc. Can you please send me a picture and I will contact Poshmark customer service to find out and send the photo with the email. If you can please look too just to make sure I didn’t overlook it. Gosh what a bummer!!

carolculpepp231 I have been trying to deal with the broken berry bowl issue. When I purchased the bowl I was not logged in to Poshmark so my account does not show a purchase. All the return/refund methods they list involve logging on and clicking on to the purchase to be returned/ refunded. I am happy to return the bowl to get the refund. Carol Culpepper
