shannanmb @sarahia78 No, I am going to keep it. Customer service could not do a partial refund so they said they released the funds to you. I washed the coat and was able to get out nearly all the stains and my daughter loves it! Thanks

shannanmb @jeanetteordaz I have no idea. Whenever I have sold, I get an email with the shipping label then get paid after the buyer accepts the delivery. Maybe check with Poshmark customer service?
