victoriasview @golope12 I contacted PM support and they sent me an email to let me know that they have a high volume and will get to me asap. I wanted to see if I could get them to send you a shipping label so you don't have to pay to ship it back. If not, I would gladly send you the money to cover the return. Let's wait and see what they tell me to do. Is that ok? I'm so sorry about this!!!!

golope12 @victoriasview I really do not mind at all paying to ship it back. You're already having to pay the ship again as it is. With the great price you gave me I certainly do not mind. However, if you'd like I'm happy to wait and see if they respond to you early in the week first. It's totally up to you. I don't mind and I absolutely would tell you if I did. Trust me.. I have tons of balls in the air at once sometimes also and dropping one from time to time happens to all of us😊😊
