wolfe47981 Hey... I am so sad... According to Bellabeat, the Bluetooth hardware in the leaf is damaged. And I can't remove the backing due to two stripped screws.

wolfe47981 Bellabeat suggested I take it to a jewelry store to get the back off to reset the battery since I didn't buy it from them.

wolfe47981 I tried pairing with 3 new Apple devices and the leaf would vibrate when the Bluetooth was detected, but then j would get a specific error message every time.

wolfe47981 So I called Bellabeat and they said that is a faulty Bluetooth hardware issue. But i have no serial number or anything so i couldn't get any more info... They said it was in the battery case, but that isn't coming off... I'm SO disappointed.

wolfe47981 I guess not... I don't think this was intentional and it was packaged very well. I just wish it worked! I read a blog about Leaf issues and it said that some Leafs may not connect to other devices once it has been paired with the original one... It's a glitch.
