monikens @ssroark I think so too😊. My husband says he likes the shoes but I should wait until I get my payment from my last sale. When I order from sellers and it arrives, I know after opening the box 📦 if I’m going to keep items and I immediately release their funds. I’ve discovered that people will not do that because Poshmark gives the 3 days to accept. I’ve never understood the logic behind the wait. 😙

ssroark @monikens I ran into one of them. She bought a pair of boots from me and then reported me to Poshmark for selling something that was not as described. They made her pay for them any way she did her best not to pay for those boots. It made me so mad I could have chewed nails and spit tacks. Those boots were brand new and she claimed that I sent her a bad item. I did not.

monikens @ssroark apparently she didn’t know that they check out the listing to verify. How dumb is that? I bought a pendant that was glass and was cracked when I received it. I immediately reported the item as being cracked on arrival and that I assumed maybe during transit since seller pack the glass pendant in an tyveck envelope. It was rectified within an hour. Posh told me to throw it away. I think in this case the seller was paid anyway. I was refunded. I contact the seller as well.

monikens GM Shannon. I have a question if you don’t mind since you’ve been here a bit longer than I have 😊, I placed an order on the April 9th and seller never sent the order to me. I’ve contact Poshmark and followed their instructions to cancel on 17th and I haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve emailed twice. Have you or someone you know have experienced the same before. If so, what did you do?

ssroark @monikens I have had the same problem. Has the seller responded at all? I emailed Poshmark for a couple of weeks before the fixed it but I did get my money back. I always check reviews on people I buy from. There's apt of scammers out there.

ssroark @monikens Email Poshmark daily. I did. The squeaky wheel get the oil. The more noise you make the more they'll have to pay attention. I've become fanatical about checking reviews. If send messages to the seller too. Post on current items for sale. It'll make them look bad and maybe send your items. If you have to report them as a scammer on their current listings.

ssroark @vandpposh1 Thank you. I try to look closely at all the pieces. I find it best to try to do that so there's a complete understanding of the condition of each piece. Some people don't and then throw a fit because what they purchase isn't perfect or used. I had that happen to me. I was overly accommodating to my customer to make sure everyone was happy. I lost out on the deal but I'd rather lose money than have someone be unhappy with any purchase. I love your closet by the way. Love. It.
