shannonclements Hello, cheraru -- I was out of town for the holidays when the sweatshirt arrived but I opened the box and posted my dispute the day we arrived home. I am not disputing due to the flaw -- that's not an issue at all; as a matter of fact, I didn't even look for it, though I appreciate your honesty in listing it. I am disputing because the hoodie reeks of smoke and I don't want to accept items that smell like anything but freshly washed clothes.

che_exclusives @shannonclements Oh wow I didn't know, I am so sorry to hear that. I washed it the night before I sent it & sealed it before I left. I am truly not sure how that happened. But I will gladly take it back & refund you or however that works. Again I apologize , if there is anything I can help with or make it better, I would love to do so! I hate to have anyone I deal with to be left unhappy 😔

shannonclements Washed with baking soda as detergent and vinegar as rinse and the smoke smell is gone. I will revoke the disbute

malyb7 I apologize you weren't happy with the cleanliness and ship time of the item. Poshmark typically states an average of 2 days and the item ships out which is the time frame I shipped your item to you. I apologize if this wasn't up to your standards. shannonclements @malyb7 my daughter was disappointed as the bag and the box it came in smelled very strongly of smoke. She's using as a bag for art markers and doesn't want her classmates to think she smokes. We're trying some Pinterest methods to remember be the smell.

malyb7 @shannonclements I'm not sure why you received it in that condition. I do not smoke and neither does my boyfriend. He actually has asthma and is extremely sensitive to smoke. Maybe you have the item confused with another one you received because this simply isn't possible.
