Hi! I'm Shannon. I'm health researcher/scientist and cat lover with an avid hot vinyasa practice and a serious obsession with Lululemon! I discovered that I could find all my fav discontinued Lulu tops on Poshmark and now I'm a total addict! I only sell excellent or very good condition Lulu pieces that just don't fit me quite right. juliettebmore @naberry7007 lol thank you!!! It takes a lot of practice and core strength. Two good tips would be to make sure you walk up to you hands before you’re popping up to be sure your hips are over you hands. Also, once you’re up, press firmly down through your hands and make sure your arms are straight. Practicing against a wall really helped me learn. Hope those help!! 😬❤️💙💚💜
