malak68 Hi Shannon, Have you received the belt yet? I have been watching it, but it has only reported “arriving late”. I asked my local office about it, but they were unable to provide additional information and said that with COVID, shipments are taking longer than usual. I see that a case was opened last week and closed today. I’m hoping that means they have located and delivered it.

shannonpia @malak68 Hi! Unfortunately, it’s still missing. I opened a car twice with the USPS but they haven’t really done much other than to say “well let you know if we find it.” I’m so sad because I know my daughter would love this belt. I’m still hoping maybe it will eventually show up. 😓

malak68 @shannonpia It is so frustrating! I just keep hearing, “well, it is not lost, just taking time to arrive due to COVID, the season, and staff reductions. It will get there eventually.” All of the packages I have sent through Posh since Black Friday have not yet arrived. Not one. And they all seem to be still in the Chicagoland area. I have never seen anything like this! I am so very sorry that this happened with your order. I will cross my fingers and toes that it shows up soon.🤞🏼🤞🏼

shannonpia @malak68 No Worries! It’s not your fault. The packages that I have shipped out are in the same boat. All mail is soooo slow right now. We’ll just give it time and see if it shows up. If it does, I will notify Poshmark immediately so they will release the money to you.

malak68 @shannonpia I just saw an email from Posh stating that they will be refunding you and releasing funds to me, processing this as a lost package. I’m glad they are stepping in, however, I would be much happier to have the belt reach your daughter as intended. I will continue to cross my fingers for its safe arrival to you at some point.

malak68 @shannonpia I know it doesn’t help much, but I have a similar belt with the GG buckle (removable on this one) in black on a black belt. When packages resume normal delivery, if you want, I would offer the same price on the other belt for your daughter to do my best to make up for this unfortunate experience. It is not quite the same look, but the closest I have, and the buckle could be used on any belt.

shannonpia @malak68 Thank you so much for the offer! I’m going to hold out and wait hoping that the gold one will eventually get here. By chance do you still have the tracking number? Poshmark took it down for me when they cancelled the order. I was going to see if there has been an update. I just got an update on a package that I had shipped out that went missing, but has been found in Ohio. Haha

I kept the email with the attached label: 9405 5112 0206 1426 1687 37 One of the packages I sent has now arrived, but the new USPS box was destroyed and the bag damaged- and they said “it came that way”🤨 I have been very sympathetic to the difficult situation they have been in, but I am disappointed in the way this past month has gone.

malak68 @shannonpia I just got notice from USPS that they found your box!!🎉🎉 So it should be on its way to you now. (A Christmas Miracle?😉😂😂) I would expect you get it this week, but by the beginning of next week at the latest. Hopefully it is still in good shape!🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Let me know when you get it. I know I’m no longer really a part of this, but I would very much like for you to receive it in good condition.

shannonpia @malak68 Yes, I got word from them as well. They emailed me to say they never actually got receipt of the package after the initial shipping label was created, which is why the tracking never progressed. It certainly is strange that after three weeks of being missing, it would suddenly start to track again, one day after I asked you for the tracking number again, and only a half an hour from your original post office. Certainly makes one think...

malak68 @shannonpia Yes, and I had several packages that all “went missing” at the same time. The local office had a package drop-off for anything with pre-paid postage & only allowed people needing to purchase postage into the lobby. They did not do the initial scan on ANY of these packages. This one actually got a scan at the local central clearing house within a few days of drop-off, but never moved from there. That is the same place they eventually found it. Frustrating!

malak68 Hi Shannon, Did it arrive? I have it set for automatic updates and haven’t heard anything for a couple of days, but would have expected it to be delivered (unless they have lost it again🤨)... I have been getting so many emails, however, that there is a chance that I have accidentally deleted notification. Fingers crossed it arrives in 2020. 😁 - and, more importantly, that your daughter likes it after all of this. All the best, Michele
