I accepted your offer and won't sell it to anyone else, poshmark just says you need to update your payment info. So, if you need to, make the same offer and I'll accept it again. But, it seems like they'll just put the sale through once you update everything. I've never run into this, so I really don't know.
😊

And congrats! How old is your LO? Mine's six months on April 3rd.
texxas23
@nuramedia lol my bank flagged it for fraud.. I corrected it. this is my first purchase lol
texxas23
@nuramedia I'm actually due in August! I just want to prepare, ya know!
nuramedia
@texxas23 oh ok cool!
I'll get it packed up and ship it tomorrow.
texxas23
@nuramedia thank you thank you THANK YOU!!! 😊
nuramedia
@texxas23 Of course! I'm glad it'll get good use. I didn't produce enough milk and, unfortunately, had to bottle feed. I didn't have to with my first two. 😕
texxas23
@nuramedia ain't nothin wrong with that! You are amazing whether you're able to breastfeed or not! And your doing this new mom a solid!! ♥️
nuramedia
@texxas23 I'm so glad!!!
Yeah, my first two are 23 and 20, and in college. But, they're still at home, so I'm savoring every day with all three boys.
texxas23
@nuramedia that's so awesome! Blessed!!
nuramedia
@texxas23 Oh, I didn't see your reply that you're due in August. That's so awesome! Is this your first?
My two pieces of advice that I gave myself and share with others are:
After the baby's born, never say "I can't wait..." you can, it goes by SO fast! Also, never wake a sleeping baby. lol
(continued...)
nuramedia
@texxas23 Plus a cool thing that mostly works on boys when they're little. If they hurt themselves and cry, tell them to take the owie off and throw it at mommy. Then you overreact like falling on the floor n rock around, holding your new owie saying "owwwww you got me owwww." They will laugh. It worked so well on my, now middle son, that he'd keep throwing it at me. LOL
texxas23
@nuramedia yes it is my first! haha that is great advice! I'll try to remember that, thank you! lol
nuramedia
@texxas23 Your welcome!
I know you've probably already started getting all sorts of advice and it's going to get REALLY OLD, especially after the baby's born. Just take the advice (other than mine 😉) with a grain of salt. Use the app, What to Expect. It's by the same author of What to Expect When You're Expecting, and just go with what feels right to YOU! You can't spoil a baby, no matter how many times you hear it. They can't soothe themselves, so they need you to comfort them. (cont.)
nuramedia
@texxas23 So, picking them up every time they cry is not spoiling them. Grandparents will tell you A LOT of old info. Like, give them rice cereal so they'll sleep longer. But they're intestines aren't developed until they're close to a year old, so doing that will cause major issues. It's why they're on a liquid diet for so long. Some will tell you, put them on their stomach when they sleep. But, that's old info and extremely dangerous. (cont.)
nuramedia
@texxas23 I learned you can't have blankets or crib bumpers or anything in their crib. Things even changed drastically in 20 years. I still go by having mine sleep on his side because he's bottle fed and will spitup in his sleep sometimes and choke on it. Sleep on their side was the rule back when my first two were born. (cont.)
nuramedia
@texxas23 Oh, and they can't continue to sleep in their car seat after you're done driving because their chin is to their chest which can cut off their airway. There are so many "new" dangers in the last 20 years, it's insane.
I'm so sorry for such a long message!!! I don't have any other new moms (or expecting) to talk to, especially at 45. Ugh
nuramedia
@texxas23 Hey! I know I said I'd send it yesterday, but my LO was having massive sleep issues and what seemed like an upset stomach. I also found some bottles like Tommy Tippie, Nuk, Dr Brown's, and these very interesting shaped ones by nanobébé that have a screw-on attachment which fits the pump. (continued...)
nuramedia
@texxas23 I just want to wash and sanitize them before I ship them off with the pump and its supplies, since they've been sitting in a closed, plastic tub for months. I put them in there clean, but I still want them to be pristine for you. So, you'll be getting 11 bottles from 4 brands. I think this is going to be a fairly big box.
nuramedia
@texxas23 let me know what you think of all the extra stuff that I through in there. I had to make sure the label would cover the box because it's pretty big. I was going to put in all my Huggies Special Delivery newborn diapers that I over ordered, but I ran out of room. They're the best. I tested every diaper I could find. Just FYI.
texxas23
@nuramedia omg!! im crying. thank you so so much! that's awesome of you to send some extra stuff! I appreciate it so so much! You're amazing! thank you thank you!!
nuramedia
@texxas23 You're so welcome! Pregnancy emotions huh?
I only wish I would've used the bigger box so I could've fit the diapers. 💜💜💜
texxas23
@nuramedia boy oh boy..these hormones are running rampant lol no worries about the diapers, I appreciate everything!! truly, it's amazing!
nuramedia
@texxas23
Awwww thanks so much for the rating!!! That was so sweet of you!
I never used the swaddles with the velcro. They'd been in my hospital suitcase since October, so wash them anyway. The white shirts and onesies were washed, but never worn. He grew too fast. lol
Enjoy! I hope everything helps out!
