I am do sorry they lost the package and glad your getting your $ back. They told me I'm just out of luck USPS isn't being held responsible for it. I have some NWT similar shirts to the Guess. If you ever want to purchase again I will not use the Dropbox they make us use I will make them scan the items in right then and there and I will give you a deep discount on anything you get I'm so sorry USPS messed up 4 items that day
