dreamingina7 I’m so sorry I didn’t look closely at those items if the silver looks tarnish you just have to polish it it’s just that type a silver however I didn’t see the missing stone so please return for a full refund I’d love for you just to keep it I really don’t care but whatever additional from my site whenever you want so sorry about that and it is brand new you can go through the process of returning it and get the full refund
