jennifernora32 @smahoney298 That means they want to begin negotiations on your piece. I try to lower by 10% if not that much do what you can and try and deduct some of the shipping fee. 😉. Theresa.

jomode24 @smahoney298 Hi Shannon! I know it’s confusing 😉 What I know is if you already sent an offer to likers and it haven’t been 90 days since they will ask you to decrease an other 10%. But if you have new likers you can do a new offer to likers to them👍 Hope that help😊😍
