@kaelinsadik nope! Not yet....they were supposed to come last Friday but it shows shipping was delayed. The tracking hasn’t been updated since the 25th and just says in route to next destination.

@kaelinsadik right! I was thinking the same thing! I check the tracking everyday but no update since 4/25. I’ll call USPS when they open and see if they can tell me anything more.

@kaelinsadik I spoke to USPS and they were no help. All they could tell me was the package was in route to the next destination and on track to the final destination and that they were experiencing delays due to covid-19.

@kaelinsadik I was able to talk with someone a little more helpful at USPS and she opened up an investigation on the status of the package. I’ll keep you informed when I hear something back!

@kaelinsadik girl.....they lost the package. They said it was scanned in Michigan for departure but it was never scanned again entering another facility and they can’t locate it.

@kaelinsadik no clue! This has never happened to me before....I was planning to buy the shoes from CL but they were sold out in my size so I came here to see if someone was selling them and I found yours. This is so frustrating for both of us!

@kaelinsadik let me see if I can find a contact number. It’s definitely not fair for either of us to suffer for something that’s out of our control. I bought another pair of CL’s and she shipped them FedEx from LA and i had them in 3 days. Can you adjust your shipping fees here? Maybe increase the shipping costs and ship FedEx since USPS is not reliable right now? Or do you have to ship Usps because of posh?

@kaelinsadik I couldn’t find a number so i just sent them an email stating USPS can’t find the package and at this point we are both out the money and the shoes and how we correct this for both of us.

@kaelinsadik posh got back to me this morning. They have a contact at USPS that they involve when this happens. They investigate and try to locate the package. The process can take up to 2 weeks.
