shannonsdresser @sammalyx hey there, it was marked as delivered and it says that you have rated and accepted the purchase. I’m not sure what might have happened. If you live in an apartment complex, you might ask your front office. If not, your mail carrier may know something about it. You could also contact Poshmark support to see if the have information. Sorry you’re having these complications!

sammalyx @shannonsdresser I didn’t accept the order and it is asking me to but like I mentioned I never received. I asked support if they could ask you to send me another as I would prefer that to a refund and an waiting to hear back.

shannonsdresser @sammalyx Your best bet is to go through Poshmark support or to make an insurance claim through the post office - unfortunately, I can’t send a new one without recouping cost that I would incur by making and shipping a new one.
