shannonn1228 @gpuglove yes I have 18. This one is a Ancona duck. She turned out all White which is rare but happens. I have some In my incubator now. 14 days left. 😁😁

gpuglove @shannonwnuk 💞AWW 💞I love that! I would be in duck heaven😊We've had pet ducks for many years. We started out with Indian Runners but now have a Pekin. Her name is Daffey 💜We got her when she was just a little baby and would take swims in our bathroom sink.😄 She's full grown now & stays outside during the day on our enclosed deck with her personal pool and we bring her inside at night, away from the raccoons. 😄She is our princess. 🎀

gpuglove @shannonwnuk Yes, I will always love ducks.💞😊Our first Indian Runner was the sweetest, she was the friendliest & loved to give hugs. The dang raccoons by my house are horrible though.😞Daffey had a close call when we forgot to bring her in one night. I woke up at 3 am to a scuffle on the deck and got out there just in time, she was cornered by 3 raccoons.😫 She is downstairs right now quackin her little heart out because she hasn't been let outside yet, we got a pretty big snowfall last night. ❄️

shannonn1228 @gpuglove awe I wish I could bring mine In. One night we had a coyote killing a stray cat outside of my window. Now I'm Terrified. I'm going to get some motion lights.. We have a pretty secure coup. The fence is pretty far down in the ground. I'm. Still. Worried or I panic since the rancoons can come Out at dusk.. The ducks don't want to go in until Dark. I love her name!! Super cute!

gpuglove @shannonwnuk Ahh 😫That's horrible! Poor thing! Yea I'd be totally worrying too if I heard that outside my window😮 Ever since a raccoon literally pulled our indian runner through the bars of her cage, we said no more keeping them outside. And that was the 2nd one a raccoon got of ours😞Raccoons are vicious! 😖

bellabreys @shannonn1228 We had a flock of 70 chickens that the coyotes got to. I cried lol. We revamped our fences! Now have to start all over. Down to pigs and 10 ducks. My favorites are the Black Indian standers. So beautiful. Then we have cross breeds. Next on our list. Are goats.

shannonn1228 @bellabreys awe I'm. Sorry it's my worst fear. What kind of fencing did u have up if you don't mind me Asking.. I have 16 ducks now. I'm. Working on getting my chickens up and going now. Most of those are little Babies. We had a coyote up by our house one night it woke us up. It had a cat (not my cat it's a stray) it was horrible :/

bellabreys @shannonn1228 we have horse panels around 2 of our coops then put chicken wire around it. Coyotes dug under. So we dug around the fence line around 10 inches and added chicken wire but folded it outward then covered it. So when the coyotes go to dig they hit the wire and can't get under the fence. It was worked wonders lol

shannonn1228 @bellabreys oh yes! Have to put that down in the ground. I cans EE spots animals have dug at ours. It scares me. One day they won't stop. So sorry you went through that.
