linniejj @shannmoran Thanks for understanding! It looks like my IT so-called experts don’t know one end of a cable from the other. Nothing is fixed. I can’t get to UPS or Fed X before they close but one of them will print your label for me in the morning and your shoes will be on the next flight out. And I’ll be online buying a new MAC and printer. My experts are really friends but in the IT world. I’m actually quite surprised they couldn’t fix whatever’s run amok!
