thriftedthreds Hey Shannon! I apologize for the delay in your north face shorts. I actually dropped those off at the post office on the 16th and for some reason they didn’t get scanned until the 19th! Part of that was the weekend, but yours was not the only package that was delayed that day and then there was another delay during transit. Please rest assured that I work hard to get items packed and shipped within 24 hours. I wish there was a way I could have let you know what happened!
