joanne71674 Hi. U just bought the travelon crossbody bag from me. U only gave me 4 stars and wrote that I could improve item cleanliness. What about the bag was the problem? It was brand new. Never used. I have never sold an item that was not clean and in great shape. And for u to say that as feedback was appalling to say the least

gnometrader @joanne71674 the bag was really dusty on the outside. I understand that it had not been used, but I had to take a wet cloth to the entire outside of it and clean off the dust. Just being honest in feedback. I’m sorry to have upset you.
