lorenaengasser hi there!! so sorry because this is the only way that I can contact you. I bought from u the black converse and it's says that the delivery has been done on monday 8 but I been looking all over around the place were I live and I couldn't find it. I spoke with the mailman and the post office they say that we need to put a complaint about the package.... technically the lady says the seller need to put the complaint on the USPS web page
