shanbig1 @sherden1205 Yes, we were all trying to help her and save her money that she overpaid buying separately, but she never answered. I shipped them both out separately yesterday per her order. I didn't want it bring my ship stats down. I put in separate boxes so it would have tracking on both and not say I did not ship one. Guess we are going to have to block her after the orders go through. SMH.

sherden1205 @shanbig1 I had to do ,the same thing and I felt bad but I couldn’t get her to answer. Now she has both boxes and rated and accepted the cheaper items. The box that has a $50 bracelet in it, I can not get her to accept! I have told her over and over and she just doesn’t answer. For some reason it didn’t show it tracking. I tried

sherden1205 Get her to go into her purchases and accept there. It shows in my sales so I know it shows in her purchases. She just does not respond. She sent me a note saying how much she likes it, but nothing after that. She also gave me 4 stars because the items didn’t come together. I don’t know what to do. I am stuck.

I have screen shot all the conversations including ours incase I have to report her and want to show proof in case she is trying to scam. If we can show she is doing the same to multiple people we might have a chance.

shanbig1 @sherden1205 One side note...I had an issue with tracking on a different order that did not show tracking on Poshmark, but I searched through the post office and saw the tracking then I sent the info to support and they entered the tracking info in there. I have really been going back and forth wondering if she was just not understanding or scanning and now I am leaning toward the second if she is doing funny stuff to you as well.

shanbig1 @sherden1205 if she doesn't dispute it they release the money after 4 days anyways. I wonder if she disputes getting them from us if we will be notified. I am pretty sure if we both report this with all the info and reference how we have corresponded about her doing the same thing maybe they can do something and stop her and release the money maybe?

shanbig1 @sherden1205 go to the order and get the tracking number and look up through the post office to see what is shows. If you can find it on there send the information to Poshmark support so they can enter it.

shanbig1 @sherden1205 my husband and I have a side business and have been scammed before unfortunately. Sadly there are kinds of people out there trying to get away with stuff. I am going to wait until tomorrow and get all my screen shots together and report her if the other package is not received by then. I am going to reference you as well and let them know what she is doing. After it all gets resolved hhopedukky they release the money to us and block her.

sherden1205 @shanbig1 I sent 3 emails to Poshmark. I threatened Alice I was going to and she ignored me. So I took screenshots and sent all to Poshmark after she finally admitted she had bracelet and I sent that and screenshots of what she did to you, next thing you know she accepted bracelet. After giving me sob story about her daughter. I was so mad.

sherden1205 I told her she was gonna get caught and she couldn’t get away with it on here. I lost my temper, she was trying to get a $50 bracelet for free. Anyway it’s over now. Are we going to block her. I hated to threaten her but it did the trick, plus the emails to Poshmark. Time for bed, I am glad you got paid too! Sherry

shanbig1 @sherden1205 no problem. I work at Costco as an inventory auditor, so go in at 5 AM. It took me a little over 2 months to become ambassador.I knew a couple people doing this so tjey have me lots of tips. I worked like heck to get there by following everyone, so they would follow me. I go on and follow the new people daily and the ambassadors and even go on all the ambassadors and follow their followers so they will follow me! Trying to build my clientele.

sherden1205 @shanbig1 That is the same I do! I even follow people who have liked an item in someone else’s closet. Once a week I follow 1,000 in about an hour and get ready for about 300-400 follow back. I get discouraged that I don’t have more, but it keeps growing. Get some rest. Sherry

shanbig1 @janmix1983 hello, I shipped it out on the 19th, but for some reason it is not showing tracking yet. I already sent Poshmark a message about this today. This happens to me last week with another item that never showed tracking until it was states away to where it was delivered. I am sure with Christmas the post office is just backed up. It should update soon probably tomorrow I would imagine.

I'm reaching out to you because I just arrived home from vacation to find an item in my mailbox (from you) that I DIDN'T order!
