hi shannon, im sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. unfortunately though never did the face wash come with a 5 for $13 deal, that was if you bundled five items of your choice with that same tag “5 for $13” on my closet, then it would be $13 for five beauty items. if you only buy one product with that tag, then that’s what you receive. i apologize for the confusion you had
