stormiesposh @shannon_stroud Is very important to share your closet many times a day. And share other Poshers closets and they will usually share your back. Follow many closets as well. The key is to get your closet seen by as many people as possible. Also there’s three or four parties daily that you can sign up for and share your items . I hope this helps👍

leslieanne414 Hi Shannon, I received my order today, and one of the dress clips is missing a rhinestone. In the listing, it said it was “in perfect condition.” I purchased it for my jewelry repurposing/selling work, and now I’ll have to pay to have the rhinestone replaced. It’s more of an inconvenience than anything, but I would not have purchased it if I’d known it was missing a stone. I didn’t open a case because I wanted to talk with you first. What do you suggest? shannon_stroud @leslieanne414 hi Leslie, thanks for reaching out. Did the rhinestone fall out in the jewelry bag? Being vintage, it’s possible as I have had that happen before. You can open a claim and explain that it was possibly damaged in transit. In every case where I have had that done, customer service lets you keep all items and gives a credit for the one. You just explain the condition changed in transit. Or you can return all. I’m not sure what else to do.

windham39 hey shannon, i rcvd my intimate nightgown, but there are stains on it. It was supposed to be new with tags and although thet tags are there, the item is clearly not new, as it is stained.

I may have received it with it on there. If there are any other items you see you like, I’ll be happy to give a very generous discount, as I don’t know what else to do. I’m so sorry. shannon_stroud @windham39 I don’t do any monetary transactions off the site. Been burned before. I would contact customer service and explain the package wasn’t open at first due to covid. They should be understanding of that and either lift the deadline or issue you a credit. Try that and let me know.

sherigirlbell Hi Shannon. I'm so glad that you liked the dress. I love pink frilly things. I don't have or use moth balls, I use 3 in 1 Tide Pods and will pay extra attention to the scent. I would be horrified if people thought I smelled like moth balls. I am diligent about washing everything before I bring it into the house. Thank you so much for letting me know. I'm 54 and will be a senior citizen in four months. Smelling like moth balls may be the reason I wasn't carded when I bought wine last week. 😂😋😳💕
