be_a_dollybird I’m new to Posh and not sure how to handle the problem with the boots. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to contact you to sort it out or if Poshmark does that. I’d rather reach out to you and come to a conclusion between us. joeshansatch @be_a_dollybird Oh my! Not a problem at all. There is absolutely no bad feelings at all. Poshmark replied to me and I am getting a full refund and you get to keep your money as well under their Sellers protection or something (not sure what they called it). I mentioned I previously bought a roots purse from and was very happy. Totally fine. 😃
