Hello dear, I’m sorry about the issue about the delivery of the boots, unfortunately how USPS handled their deliveries is out of my hands, you can ask to your local postal service facility where and when they delivered showing them the tracking #. From my part I did ship the same day as you bought them with no delays, boots are high quality and my service went promptly , 3 stars rating? Without seeing them ? but is up to you.
