Hi Shannon. This is Angie and you purchased the ASOS boots from me. I just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know that I think I switched the labels on your order and someone else’s. She actually received the boots today. I just wanted you to know beforehand so you wouldn’t be surprised. I’ll work with Poshmark customer service so they can hopefully send the person a label so they can send your boots. I am so sorry!

@b287807 hi Angie! I wanted to let you know that I still haven't received my boots. Perhaps Poshmark customer service could reach out to the recipient? I'd much rather have the boots than a refund, and I'm hoping the other person. Is simply procrastinating. Let me know what you find out. Thanks!

@zinaida79 hi there. I am so sorry. I don’t think it’s the recipient. I think the problem is with Poshmark. I have asked them three times to send a label to the person who received them. They never responded. The person who received them was more than willing to send them to you but Poshmark never sent the label. I don’t understand why they haven’t sent the label. I am so sorry. This is so frustrating. Did they refund your money?

@b287807 they sent me a notification that I was now eligible to ask for a refund. It must be automated. Do you not have the information to directly contact the recipient?

@zinaida79 yes. She contacted me and said she is more than willing to send them to you. Poshmark just needs to send her a label. Can you ask them to do that? I have asked them twice and I don’t know why they can’t seem to figure it out.

@b287807 so I asked for a shipping label and they refunded me instead. I'm pissed. I sent them an email detailing my frustration. I would still like to figure out how to get these boots and how to get you your money.

@zinaida79 OMG! I just don’t understand why they can’t send a label. They’ve done it in the past. So stupid. anyway, I will ask the person who has them to send them back to me. Then I can relist them and you can purchase them again. So sorry about that!
