Hi Shannon, you purchased the UGG boots from me today. I was cleaning them with water to make them nice for shipping and it left a spot. I have worked on it w my UGG cleaning kit and its not bad. When you receive them please make sure you are ok with them, feel free to return them if not. I wanted to make sure you knew in advance, I would never want to send something that didnt live up to your expectations.
