wendidee @shannonpoiri528 If you want to bundle a likers item(s), you will go to that person’s profile. In the top right hand corner, touch their icon. From there, touch the three horizontal dots and choose “switch to sell view.” Then, go to the pictures of the listing(s) and add them to the bundle. From there, you can make a private offer. Hope that helps

shannonpoiri528 @wendidee i had an order return to me with stains all over. The purchaser said that is how it come. I would have never sent it that way. I just got it back and It has stains all over it. Do I have any recourse?

shannonpoiri528 @wendidee yes. She put in a claim. Saying it is how it came. I sent pictures showing no stains. But i did day if your not happy return it. I just got it back with stains all over it. I am very upset.

wendidee @shannonpoiri528 I can imagine that you’re very upset! You can respond back to her on that same thread, and state that the garment that you received back is not in the condition that you sent it in. Then, you can escalate the conversation to a moderator at Poshmark, who will review it and get involved. I hope that will find some reasonable resolve for you.
