wondergiz @shantb9 My Dear Customer seems I made a bad mistake, sending you earrings instead the beautiful handbag. I feel so embarrassed 😞 because I switch the labels. I guess is a mistake for newly Posher and I have to be really careful with that.and I swear I always read things several times to avoid mistakes in my job as kitchen designer 🤭🤫🤭.

wondergiz Sorry but Poshmark will send you a label to return the earrings back to me and I´ll mail you handbag tomorrow since I still have one available here at home. They will pay for the shipping as a one time mistake 🤦‍♀️. I really feel so bad, but I will send you your gift again, sorry many times, you have been so kind to me 🤗♥️🤗

wondergiz Hello Dear I just find out that Poshmark will send a free label to you to send the earrings to the buyer and the buyer will send the handbag to you, that’s the way they process this mistake. They will email you the label directly, let me know anything my dear, I feel so bad, normally I read names several times, don’t know how this can happen....

wondergiz Don’t mail the handbag to the shipping label they sent you , they choose the wrong customer, seems that they do mistakes too, and this customer bought today but needs to cancel the transaction due to an error. wondergiz @shantb9 My Dear Shannone, have you received the label to send back to the other buyer the earrings I swept instead of your beautiful handbag? Did you receive the earrings because here says they delivered them on the 25th and you haven’t open any complaint about my mistake. They said they sent you the free label but I don’t see anything happening in the records of your purchase handbag.

wondergiz @shantb9 Let me know because I thought they sent me the merchandise to do it again but the procedures here are that they send the buyers the labels to switch between them, I think that’s really confusing! Just I care to fix this bad dream and the other customer haven’t responded me anything, she claimed them directly.

shantb9 @wondergiz I apologize, I hadn't been on poshmark in the last few days. I mailed the earrings yesterday to your customer, but I haven't received the purse yet..I can even email you a copy of the receipt to show it was mailed if necessary. You're right it is very confusing, because I thought it was going back to you too until I look at the printed label .
