So I am sure as you already know I sent the wrong makeup in your package :( I realized about 4 hours after I dropped off the package that I had switched the labels and paid the USPS to intercept the package, however I see it has already arrived to Hawaii. I’m so sorry about the mixup :( especially around the holidays. I reached out to Poshmark for help getting a new label so that I could go ahead and send your correct mascara, but I am still waiting on a response...

kellirose16 I have always feared doing something like this and I cannot believe that I did and just before Christmas :( I believe once you receive the incorrect item that Poshmark will give you a shipping label to send it back. I really hope I hear from them soon so that I can get the correct product sent to you. Again, I’m very sorry for my mistake and will let you know any additional details as soon as I do, thanks.

jnsmedeiros @kellirose16 It’ok, these things happen. I checked the tracking and it should be delivered today. I work a double shift today and won’t be able to check the mail till I get home and that about 11pm Hawai’i time. But I’ll message you as soon as I check the mail and wait for further instructions. kellirose16 @jnsmedeiros Thank you for the update! I got an email from Poshmark last night that has your new shipping label so I can get the mascara in the mail today! It is 3 day shipping so I don’t think it will quite make it before Christmas, but it is on it’s way. Again, I’m so sorry. Thank you for being so kind and understanding!
