dejavuboutique @lovetiq Regarding the defects, there's no strings hanging. It's the leather, it's peeling at the rings were it holds the bag.

lovetiq @dejavuboutique I never said I was dissatisfied I only wanted to know when the item would ship because we pay for 3day shipping after a week has gone by it’s only right to ask not cancel my order which this did disappoint me because I didn’t ask you to do that I’ve never had any problems with asking about shipment again it’s okay I guess I didn’t need the item.
