wbphillip This is William Phillips. I bought the women's size 9 New Balance Shoes from you. I have been tracking them, and they arrived in Salt Lake 5 days ago but have not moved since. Can you check with USPS to see if there is an issue with the address or the zip code that was put on the package? This is for a Christmas gift, so I am running out of time to get it. Thanks!

Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. Hi sblum123, We wanted to update you that your sale, “New Balance 847v4 women's walking shoe size 9.”, might arrive to wbphillip later than expected due to shipping carrier delays. wbphillip @sblum123 I saw the same message. The issue is that there shouldn't be any next facility. It should have gone out for delivery. That was why I asked if you could check the address it was mailed to. At this point, I think the package is on its way back to you. I think that is the next facility it is talking about. As the shipper, I think USPS will give you more information than they will give me. Perhaps you can check to see the last place and time it was scanned. Thanks for your help.

sblum123 @wbphillip Hi, I spoke with USPS today and they said it is at the facility waiting to go out to your local post office. There’s no additional information they can give me other than that. They said to continue checking the tracking information. I apologize there is a delay. It went to the address on your profile, 6351 W. Rockport Drive, West Jordan, UT 84081. I’ll keep checking the tracking also.
