kristie583 Hi, I'm the seller that you bought the Pink Collegiate Backpack from. I just drop off your package at the post office today. I cannot ship your item early due to the Hurricane Harvey happen where I live. All the post office are closed and they just reopened today. There will be a delay because some areas are still flooding. Sorry for the inconvenience
