kkaarreenn @lucky9ree Hi! PM doesn't allow returns if something doesn't fit. It's a good idea to ask questions about the fit or for measurements. But if you do purchase something that doesn't fit you can always resell it.

Dressing up little girls is so much fun! As far as the horse, I grew up with horses too! The horse in my photo - I used to ride at a farm I used to go to where I helped with cows and horses etc. Horses are amazing animals!! I hope your granddaughter loves her new dresses!! Take care😘

lucky9ree @drew_taylor Sure enough, the USPS tracking just updated and said there is no such number/address. I’m getting a Poshmark rep involved because someone has to pay for all of this shipping. Poshmark should charge the buyer in situations like this where it’s now been 3 returns that we know of. I know we all make mistakes but something isn’t right here.

lucky9ree @drew_taylor Exactly! I’ve tried to dig into my brain to figure out a possible benefit. When the item was returned to you did the tracking show your address? Or was your address visible on the tracking that the buyer could view? I feel like I need a P.O. Box sometimes. 😣 Anyways, life goes on. I’m so glad we were able to connect! ♥️

lucky9ree @drew_taylor The posh label has our address but if she didn’t receive the package she wouldn’t see it so that’s why I was curious if the tracking maybe included it which she would be able to see. I’ve never had a return and I know when I send an item the tracking doesn’t state my address. It states the post office address I shipped from.

drew_taylor Nothing seems to be deducted from my account, and since Poshmark had to cancel her first order before I could relist & have her buy it again, I think they refunded her shipping, too. . In fact, I asked her at the time if she had to pay the first shipping fee and she said she had to check.🤨

lucky9ree @drew_taylor It’s wild you had two returns! I plan to block her account once I get my item back and everything is resolved. I’m not packaging up again, driving to the post office again at $6 per gallon of gas for a $0 profit and another possible return headache. I’ve been on posh for years and never had an issue.
