glenharrington Hello. I got the package that you sent today. I did not open it because I got your message saying it was not the correct items possibly. So now I have some questions, as this has not happened before. Do I say not acceptable due to wrong items? Then how do I get a return postage label to print off? I'm sorry for all the questions. I'm new to Posh. Thank you for your help.

guitarlover09 @glenharrington it looks like the case is approved and they are sending you a return label. Once I get the item back and the one that was SUPPOSED to go to you, I will give you your package that you bought. I’ll include freebies. Thanks about for being honest about returning it!! glenharrington no problem at all. Honest mistake. It looks like they have sent me the label so I'll try to get to the post office today before it closes at noon and get it sent back to you. The freebies are a nice gesture but don't feel like you need to do much. I really do understand that we are all human and stuff happens. I'm just glad my original itema are heading back your way too so they will make it to me. Thank you for keeping me posted on the situation.

glenharrington I sent your items back to you yesterday. I was unable to print the poshmark postage paid tag off because I left my phone home mistakingly and instead of waiting a whole other day and making more delays I simply paid the postage myself. I have the tracking number. It is 9505 5148 1116 9309 3318 95 and it was sent priority with insurance for up to 50 dollars. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'm sorry I didnt use their label. I wish I had...it would have been easier on my end too.

guitarlover09 @glenharrington Hey I think I figured it out. Since you didn’t actually pay for it—I have to re-do the sale. I’ll put it back up for sale and I’ll make it cheaper $10 instead of $15 (as a little “I’m sorry” token). Ill reserve it for you only, so no one else gets it and then I’ll be able to generate a label. Freebies included as promised!!!

glenharrington @guitarlover09 I went back and looked and for some reason they have now marked my status as delivered and have taken 20.86 from my bank account on October 26. I can screenshot those for you if you if you like. I also did a double check to make sure they did not go in and credit it back at any pont after nd they did not. I have sent them another e mail. I'm not sure why your not showing that payment on your end.

glenharrington @guitarlover09 thank you for looking into that. I was very upset to think you had not been paid. I buy a lot from posh and have always felt like they were a great company.... thanks for all the updates and sorry it cost you out of pocket for shipping. I did e mail them. perhaps they will reimburse you.... who knows..... anyhow....i look forward to getting my products and maybe a purchase in the future will be easier :) Cheers

glenharrington I finally recieved a reply from my e mail yesterday.. it was after you had already shipped out the package of course. Two replys actually :) 1 to say the package was delivered and look for it (the original one) and after my reply a scolding for not using their label and a statement that they had sent you another label and instructions despite my telling them you had already shipped. so when it comes I'll mark as delivered on my end.
