sadiesaids0h Hi Shari, I hope u & yours are all healthy & well. After 3 mths of solid 5 star ratings & 45+ items sold, I think ur 3 stars on my Steve Madden heels was very harsh. Clearly in the photos the shoes are accurately described (not at all dirty) & says worn 2x (thus not brand new). Pls reconsider ur rating as I work hard to ensure accurate descriptions & put extra effort in cleaning items for buyers. Also, pls note ur order was placed on Feb 17 & the pkg delivery was Feb 20 (Texas to Florida).

sadiesaids0h I made $5 on perfectly nice heels which u in turn got a great deal, as well as quickest possible shipping (meets/exceeds buyer expectation) so I kindly request u remove feedback or update to reflect overall experience. The photos & description are still avail to review so hopefully u can see the negative impact 3 stars has on my store & update accordingly. shariwashere @sadiesaids0h Hi Sadie, I am sorry to negatively impact your ratings but the shoes was indeed dirty and you could have cleaned it off before you sent it out. I was not trying to be mean as I only give 5 stars rating and your the first person who has not received this rating which should tell you something. Im confused as to why 'ur order was placed on Feb 17 & the pkg delivery was Feb 20 ' is relevant? are you saying that you should receive a higher rating because of this? pls clarify

shariwashere @sadiesaids0h secondlyi didnt know how much you made on this sale, and yes i got a great deal. I did not know ratings really affected poshers store as I have never see this before.Especially since its a SINGLE 3 stars review. That really should not have such a big impact. Also why are u just contacting me when this was so long ago, if you contacted me earlier this could have been sorted out a long time ago
