unibu @lucylee89 Hi there, Please look at your posh mark agreement :) my funds are held in my acct pending until you ship and I receive the item. Rest assured the funds we'll be released when I confirm the item I purchased arrived. I do take all my new Chanel purchases to Beverly Hills Chanel, on the day I receive the item. I hope this helps.
