imapepper2 Hello Shari. I was wondering if you ever sent out the replacement bluejeans for my son. I understood you were hospitalized for a minute. Your husband was suppose to be sending me the tracking info but as of this date Ive heard nothing from anyone and its getting a little annoying. I just want a refund of the blue jeans please. drsphil1980 @imapepper2 hi there nobody is ignoring your request. We have been trying to deal with everything on this end and I have been trying to get everything straightened out. My sister had a stroke and her husband reached out to you. She volunteered to replace the product at no cost. The package was returned for extra shipping which is why it never made it. Don't worry my sister was adamant about covering the 27$ shipping to ensure that it gets there this time without a problem.

If i wouldve been sent that, I would have had no need to reach back out to you. I explained that we've been having issues with our mail & mail carriers. Sending tracking info isnt hard to do thats why Im a bit upset. I reached out to you all instead of getting Poshmark involved. Im not that cold hearted.

I watched this horrible disease rob me, her husband, her sons & our mom slowly & painfully take her away from all of us. She was my baby sister, so yes Im very compassionate when it comes to anyone losing a family member or having to step up because they're not able to.

When I contacted the USPS about it, they sent this message: "I would recommend at this point contacting the sender and filing a mail recovery search for missing mail at www.usps.com. It appears that either this package was not in the shipment accepted from the sender or has become lost or damaged in transit. I would do both actions listed above to try to recover your package." I'll try on my end, but could you fill one out too?

I have no reason to defend myself when I average 5 stars & have had the same customer base for 3 years running. I do what I do to help people in need and what I get is nothing except knowing that I have made a small difference..even send customers gifts randomly no charge just because.. smh evil never sleeps.. focus on the small group who like yourself has nothing better do than inflict pain on others.

rainbowhopenjoy I made a purchase from this seller on 7/8/22. There was a slight delay in shipping so I reached out to them. The item was reported shipped with a tracking number, but there were no additional updates on the tracking. I submitted a lost mail report on 8/12/22. On 8/30/22 I canceled my order because there had been no further activity on the tracking. I was refunded by Poshmark, who released the funds to the seller as well.
