swissyfaye First of all, thank you for your purchase! Secondly, I do not have any control over how the USPS handles packages, I’m sorry the box was “mangled”... As for the “black” spots, I honestly didn’t see them. If you’re unhappy at all, please feel free to return them. -Lisa @swissyfaye

snithering123 @swissyfaye I mentioned the mangled box so you’d have a warning about the way things get handled. I believe I was very clear that I do not wish to return the shoes and that I’m happy with them.
