fivestartiffany I am so sorry about damaged package ! This is first time this happened To my buyer. Post office is responsible for these damages . I packaged this shirt was inside another PO priority mail package : there was inner envelope and outer envelope ! I hope you can resolve this satisfactorily , You can make claim with the post office on line / just give them tracking no . They have some insurance coverage for damaged / lost packages. Tiffany
