Since they could not it will be your responsibility to check with the post office for redelivery of the item or pick it up at the post office. sharizellers @delaney4 hey, no it hasnt arrived. The entire shipping network is in chaos. Did you drop it off or was it picked up? they should have scanned it either way as "Accepted" and that hasnt shown. I'm not home to check today's mail but will around 3:30.

sharizellers @delaney4 everything is late now. Its literally been a nightmare for me as I'm a CS manager for a comapny that shipped around 2,000 pkgs a day this month and we have over 50 still in limbo. The carriers are gridlocked and there are estimates of around 6 million pkgs left behind each day. I'm not in a hurry for it so as long as it makes it's way, it's fine. I have four orders from Barkbox since Nov 10 and none have arrived!

delaney4 @sharizellers thanks for the info. Poshmark has already refunded one order and is getting ready to refund two more. What happens if they finally get the package? They get freebies and I’m SOL? Crazy.

sharizellers @delaney4 yeah, we lost around $10k from this so far (my job) and it’s ridiculous how the customers act like it’s our fault. Well, I won’t ask for a refund unless it NEVER arrives or shows no movement. I believe in karma and am honest to a fault, lol. Have a great weekend and we’ll just keep our eyes open.

delaney4 @sharizellers I don’t think the buyer asked for a refund. Poshmark automatically gives a refund if the package isn’t delivered in a certain length of time. You too, enjoy your weekend!
