jamielturley I wanted to let you know that when I shipped that Tiffany’s necklace it was not in knots, I just placed it in the bag and shipped it. I will gladly but it back since you’re unsatisfied and gave me a low star rating. I don’t think that was quite fair. The type of chain it is wouldn’t of knotted itself during shipping as you described.

jamielturley This is why Posh has a refund policy in place, you should’ve never accepted an item that was in the condition you described. The only problem is you must take pictures to prove the item is damaged or in disrepair to get a refund. I accepted a pretty low offer from you to be nice during the holiday season and do not believe that review was fair or true. Please provide pictures, I really want to see the terrible condition you described.
