lattegirly777 Hello, Usps is trying to deliver the package to you and is asking me to set up a date that is convenient for you because they tried to deliver and no one was home. If you could send me your first and last name and address so I can put it in the Usps site so they can re-deliver which day would be good for you. Thank you

sharisohl @lattegirly777 I'm sorry i haven't picked it up as the post office wants $20.55 in postage. I haven't had time to go to the post office to refuse it. I have contacted Posh to see what the proper steps were as far as handling it. They told me to refuse it and that it would be returned and a new postage label would be issued. They said there might have been a problem with the packaging?? I really do want the jeans just don't want to pay more for postage.

lattegirly777 @sharisohl I’m not sure what happen between here and there. I put a shipping label on it and the post office weighed it to make sure that there was no more postage due. So I apologize for why they would want you to pay $20 for postage when you shouldn’t have to pay a dime.

sharisohl @lattegirly777 I made it to the post office and I was informed that the problem was an express envelope with a priority postage label. I went ahead and refused it but look forward to when I can actually wear them!!!

lattegirly777 I’m so glad you messaged me. I found out the same thing today. I had to go into a different post office then usual and the manager said it looks like we put the package in a different mailing envelope and we’re so sorry for all confusion with everything.
