dale2sharrie @tpeacey Unfortunately some people don’t feel the need to say thank you and get a bad or nasty attitude when a buyer says a Thank You note wasn’t included. Wether you look at selling on Posh as a business or not is up to you, but it is! When you take the time, energy and effort into taking pictures, writing a description, putting a value on your items then posting it, selling it, packaging it and mailing it, well that makes it a business.

dale2sharrie I’ve had sellers include Avon or Mary Kay samples and I have even received a pair of earrings all as a Thank You. I DO NOT expect a gift when I purchase from a seller but it’s always a nice surprise. To write “ Thank You for browsing and purchasing from my closet when there are hundreds to choose from. Also here is my closet address if you would like to follow or put in your favorite list. Thank you again, then your name.” Short , simple and kind.

dale2sharrie A smiling face and the words Thank You on a scrap piece of paper will always makes a buyer feel appreciated and more likely to return and purchase. How taking a minute of your time is too much for you shows that people have forgotten manners and simple kindness.

suckeithia @dale2sharrie ..i would like to request a refund..its amazing u post things about sum 1 not adding a thank you card yet u still have not shipped the item after stating i will 3 days ago..u can keep the item n the free gift u offer for inconvenience and process a refund. I hope that refund doesn't take as long as ur shipping process..i will never get my money back...throwing stones from a glass house isnt a good look 4 u. Like u said previous this is a business deal u handled wrong.
