@oglocc Hi. You go to the “ My purchase” page you select the item you want to return and on the bottom select problem/ order inquires you will get another page with four choice select “contact Posh support” you will get a page to fill out a return request follow direction you can select return than you comments why are you returning it and you add pictures usually they approve rerun right away if you prove it’s fake. I hope that helps
