esaie_couture Hello, I'm sorry that you never received your purchase. I shipped it on time, using the downloaded shipping label from Poshmark. I tracked the delivery for you when you asked and contacted Poshmark, too. The tracking said it made an attempt to deliver but "no access". You may need to be sure they have a correct address for you.

sharlenerdh @esaie_couture yes I know it’s not our fault. For some reason it’s saying delivered and it wasn’t. I even requested they redeliver it on sept 5 and hey didn’t. So I’m getting it sorted with poshmark

cleverfoxnyc Hi there, I’m not sure if you got the notification and or saw that the package you received was not the ring you ordered. I had Poshmark send you a return label for the item to be shipped to it’s respective buyer. I unfortunately placed the incorrect shipping label on the packages. sharlenerdh @stepiphanie hi I sent a picture to poshmark of the huge yellow stain on the one wrap. The package got shipped to my work and I received it today. I submitted a picture as soon as I opened it to show you and Poshmark. It said it was never used but manages to have a large yellow stain on the abc wrap

stepiphanie @sharlenerdh gosh that’s awful. I’m so sorry. I’ve had similar experiences on poshmark before and it’s really frustrating. I believe you that it’s there but would not have sold them and certainly not marked them unused if I realized that was there. I’ve got a newborn and a 1.5 year old so mind isn’t exactly in working at 100% right now. Not an excuse just explaining it obviously must have slipped by me. I sense your frustration and I would be frustrated too. Hoping this gets cleared up.
