sharnatalie @kmuraira it’s obvious the box was torn open and retapped. I sent a pic to PM as well. So either the box ripped and the bag fell out or someone stole it and taped it back!!!

kmuraira @sharnatalie the email I received didn’t make sense bc it said it was re routed due to either the item being damaged, the item being too big and packaged wrong, or my address was wrong… 1) I’m sure the item wasn’t damaged 2) how are they going to re rout a package if it was packaged incorrectly? I mean it goes to HQ for a reason I would assume they would have repackaged it nicely for me 3) I’ve been buying and selling from them and never have I had an issue with my address 😡

sharnatalie @kmuraira that’s so crazy! I haven’t been sent any emails regarding this bag and I have never,ever had anything like this happen. Once a hat I sold was lost in the mail. But it was never received nor returned. Both of us were emailed and we were both refunded. But that email makes absolutely no sense. And in my status it still says it’s received at PMHQ.

sharnatalie I finally says it was mailed back to me. So my status changed. The email they sent asked if I wanted to cancel the sale or re-ship it. There’s nothing to re-ship!! I can’t believe this is happening. I’m getting really upset!

kmuraira @sharnatalie how disappointing on PM end. I myself haven’t received any updates. Tracking still shows that it was delivered. There’s no re routing tracking number or anything so I’m as baffled as you. Let me email them and hopefully I hear something back.

sharnatalie @kmuraira hi yes,However they are stating they never received it, therefore they are not liable for my loss! I’m happy you will get reimbursed however it appears I am out $700 on a bag that retails 2500 I’m furious! I’ve emailed them 4x!! this is unacceptable business behavior.I expect to be reimbursed for my loss being that it’s out of my control once it left my hands and went through the mail system! SELLERS BEWARE these labels that they create are only $50 insured!
