whereismycorgi Following up about the rating: Rating 4 stars COULD IMPROVE • Other ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Nothing really. Shipped in a timely manner and packaging was perfect. Just haven't tried on yet. I said “Hi, I just wanted to clarify -ratings are for things within the buyers control. Like shipping on time, whether you received the correct item, etc. I'm not the manufacturer so it's disappointing to see a rating based on whether the lipstick will work for you or not”
