isanic Hi Sharon I know you may be new to this and have not sold any items so maybe you’re unfamiliar with how this works. We as sellers don’t get paid until you accept the order, you not picking up a package that has been delivered for 5 days really affects us as sellers. I noticed another seller had the same complaint. Can you please pick up and accept the orders we sent to you. We go out of our way to ship promptly and offer good service to our buyers. Thank you.
