I just wanted to apologize for the condition of your package when you received it. I'm sure the jeans were ok...maybe wet too? Unfortunately, the condition of the package when it arrives is out of my control. I packaged it up perfectly when it left CA, and also made sure to tape up the label so it wouldn't get ruined. I really don't think it is fair to rate me on your package being wet, but if that's what you felt was right, then ok. Sorry!

maureen, the jeans were soaked, all wet, not just the package. I even pit chlorine in the washer to disinfect it. I know it's not your fault and that is why the 2 stars are there for that, because anybody who would receive an item the same way I did would feel the same kind of disappointment and rating it low is the only way I can express it. I'm sorry but I was just shocked. This was the worst experience I ever had of receiving an item.

I'm sorry! Again...it's not my fault the way it got wet in shipping. The way it was packaged in California was perfect and nice and dry.
